Who we are

This website, wonderweb.eu, is operated by WonderWeb Lebanon S.A.R.L. (WonderWeb), based in Beirut, Lebanon. This policy explains how information is used when you browse the website, request services or apply to work with us.

Information you provide

Our quotation form asks for your name, email address, selected services and project requirements. You may also provide an organisation, telephone number, project stage, timeline and indicative budget.

The career form asks for contact and location details, professional interests, working preferences, experience, skills, availability and a CV. Additional background, work links, compensation expectations and an introduction are optional. CV uploads accept PDF or DOCX files up to 2 MB.

Please provide information you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, bank details, identity documents, confidential client information or student records through these forms.

How we use information

• Enquiries: understand your requirements, respond to questions, prepare a quotation and discuss a possible working relationship.
• Applications: review the information you choose to submit and contact you about your application. The separate future-opportunities option records whether you also want relevant future contact.
• Site operation: deliver content, protect forms, investigate technical problems and maintain reliable services.
• Optional measurement and advertising: use the services described below when you permit the relevant category.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes may involve steps you request before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, legal obligations, or consent for optional processing. You may withdraw a consent-based choice for future processing.

Forms, email and service providers

Quotation requests and career applications are addressed to info@wonderweb.eu. A submitted CV is included as an email attachment. Information can therefore be present in our mail systems, email-delivery records and backups, as well as temporary files used to process an upload.

Hosting, email delivery, website maintenance, security and content-delivery providers process technical or submitted information as needed for their services. WordPress and Contact Form 7 support the forms. Google reCAPTCHA and the form spam checks help protect submissions against abuse. Jetpack/Automattic provides content delivery and security features.

External providers may process information outside Lebanon. Their locations and processing terms depend on the service used. Contact us if you need further information about a particular interaction or provider.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Necessary website and security services may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps. This supports content delivery, protection and troubleshooting.

Optional services are held until you choose the relevant category:

• Analytics and session measurement: Google Analytics, Jetpack Stats and Microsoft Clarity can measure visits, page views, navigation and interactions. Clarity includes session-measurement features.
• Advertising: Google advertising services can use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure advertising.

You can select necessary services only, accept optional services, or choose categories separately. Your choice is remembered in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days. Use Privacy settings to change it. Declining optional services does not prevent you from reading the website or contacting us.

Changing a choice stops future optional loading on this website; your browser and the relevant provider may retain information already collected under their own settings and retention rules. Browser settings can also clear or restrict cookies.

Website assistant and external links

The WonderWeb service assistant uses information from published website pages to suggest answers and links. Its chat messages stay in the current browser tab and are not submitted through the enquiry or application forms. Closing or reloading the page resets the conversation.

Links to project websites, social networks and other external services take you to sites with their own privacy practices. Review the information provided by those sites before sharing data with them.

Retention and access

Retention depends on the purpose and status of the interaction: whether an enquiry or application is still being considered, whether a client or employment relationship follows, and whether records are needed for administration, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Email and backup retention can differ from temporary website-file retention.

If you selected future career opportunities, you can withdraw that preference by email. Contact us to ask about the information associated with your enquiry or application, or to request its correction or removal.

Access to submitted information is limited to people and service providers involved in the relevant business, recruitment or operational task. No online transmission or storage method can eliminate every risk.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law applicable to you and the processing involved, you may have rights to access or correct information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

Email info@wonderweb.eu to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you. Some records may need to be retained where a legal obligation or another permitted reason applies.

The website is intended for professional enquiries and career interests. Children should not send personal records or CVs through these forms. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child has submitted information.

We may update this policy when the website or its services change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes to consent-based processing may require a new choice.
