Purpose and contact
These terms explain the use of wonderweb.eu, operated by WonderWeb Lebanon S.A.R.L., based in Beirut, Lebanon. The website presents our services, project information, learning opportunities and career interests.
Contact us at info@wonderweb.eu or +961 71 559 130 with questions about the website or a proposed engagement.
Enquiries and quotations
Website content is general information. Service descriptions illustrate the work that can be discussed; they do not establish a project scope, fixed price, completion date or guaranteed result.
Submitting an enquiry requests a discussion or quotation. It does not purchase a service, create a subscription or confirm a contract. A specific engagement is governed by its separately agreed proposal, statement of work or contract.
Before work begins, the relevant agreement should identify deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees and currency, payment arrangements, review stages, timing and the process for changes.
Development, hosting and ongoing support
Websites, platforms, applications, custom software, consulting and automation are scoped around the organisation and its requirements. Demonstrations, interface concepts and illustrative images are not a promise that every feature shown is included in a particular package.
Hosting and care packages are priced on request. Resources, third-party charges, renewals, backup arrangements, support hours and response targets are confirmed in the relevant quotation or agreement. A package name alone does not establish an uptime guarantee or a service-level commitment.
Dependencies such as content, access, approvals, licences and external systems should be identified during planning. Changes to those dependencies can affect the agreed scope and schedule.
Content, ownership and licences
WonderWeb branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Client names, project screenshots, trademarks and third-party materials remain associated with their respective owners. A portfolio reference does not transfer rights to those materials.
You may view and link to public pages for ordinary informational use. Contact us before republishing substantial content, modifying brand assets or using material commercially.
Ownership and permitted use of commissioned deliverables, pre-existing materials, source code and third-party components are determined by the project agreement and applicable licences. No transfer of project ownership is created merely by browsing this website.
Responsible website use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information relevant to your enquiry. Submit materials only when you have the right to share them. Do not use the forms to distribute spam, malware or unlawful material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or another personโs information.
Please avoid submitting sensitive records through general enquiry fields. A project that requires confidential or regulated information should first establish an appropriate transfer method and responsibilities.
Careers, training and conferences
The career page accepts expressions of interest across professional areas and working arrangements. An application does not guarantee that a vacancy exists, or that an interview, engagement or employment offer will follow.
Training listings describe programme themes. Dates, duration, fees, prerequisites, delivery arrangements and any completion requirements are confirmed with the enquiry. Conference support is similarly agreed around the event brief, responsibilities and suppliers.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep website information useful and current. Content and services may change, and access can be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. Confirm details that are important to a decision with WonderWeb before relying on them.
External websites, platforms, hosting services and software components have their own terms and availability. Links are provided for relevant information and do not make WonderWeb responsible for every statement or transaction on an external site.
The website assistant provides automated information from site content. For a binding quotation, technical commitment or application update, contact WonderWeb directly.
Privacy and applicable rights
Our Privacy Policy explains website data handling, forms and optional analytics or advertising choices. You can reopen at any time.
These website terms do not replace a separately agreed client contract or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about a particular project should be resolved through its agreed contact and project terms.
Updates and questions
We may revise website terms when the information or website services change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes to this page do not by themselves amend a separately signed project agreement.
